Co-op Ready 2024 | School of Accounting and Finance
Welcome to the School of Accounting and Finance (SAF)!
As a 2A SAF student, you are part of a mandatory co-op program, and the Co-op Ready conference is one of the final steps before your co-op applications begin in September.
This conference is specifically designed to assist students in programs such as Accounting and Financial Management (AFM), Sustainability and Financial Management (SFM), Biotech/CPA, or Math/CPA, in preparing for their first co-op job search.
By participating in Co-op Ready, you will receive comprehensive professional development, industry-focused workshops, and valuable resources to enhance your employability. Workshops will cover crucial topics such as resume critiques, interview preparation, in-depth knowledge of WaterlooWorks, and co-op services and resources.
Although Computing and Financial Management (CFM) students have already completed a co-op term, their attendance is still encouraged. Join us at this highly anticipated event to gain the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful co-op experience and to increase your chances of securing an excellent first co-op job.
