CSQ launches Facility Management Consultancy service line

Project development consultancy CSQ has expanded its service portfolio with the launch of a new Facility Management Consultancy practice.
The new service is designed to help clients enhance operational performance, mitigate risk, and maximise the long-term value of their facility assets.
In a statement, Dubai-headquartered CSQ noted that the launch comes in response to growing demand from developers, owners, and investors seeking more structured, strategic support in managing complex facilities across sectors such as commercial towers, residential communities, hotels, mixed-use developments, and cultural or event-led assets.
David Quinn, Partner at CSQ, commented: “As the region continues to invest in infrastructure, real estate, and community developments, the ability to manage and maintain those assets to global standards has become just as critical as building them. Our aim is to support investors and developers bridge the gap between design intent and operational reality.”
“We support transitions from construction to steady-state operations, ensuring buildings not only function but perform to the standards expected by modern building occupiers. Through a mix of strategic planning, process optimisation, and performance insight, we help our client protect their asset value, reduce operational risks, and improve the user experience,” he continued.
Key offerings of the Facility Management Consultancy practice include transition planning, asset handover, performance audits, and operational advisory. “Our team works closely with clients to develop data-informed, fit-for-purpose facility management strategies. The focus is on shifting away from reactive maintenance towards a proactive model that is built on clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.”
An extension of its portfolio
The new service line adds to CSQ’s integrated suite of services, which includes Development Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Management Contracting, Technical Due Diligence, and more.
“This move reinforces our commitment to delivering end-to-end value throughout the full asset lifecycle from project planning and delivery to long-term operations,” said Quinn.
With offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and London, CSQ has supported some of the region’s most ambitious developments across hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. The now 10-year-old company was earlier this year named a Great Place to Work in the UAE.
