Danish management consultancy Kvadrant Consulting acquired by Elixirr

Kvadrant Consulting, a Danish management consultancy firm with around 35 consultants, has been acquired by Elixirr, an international group with 14 offices around the world.

Established in 2018, Kvadrant Consulting specialises in commercial transformation, go-to-market excellence and transaction services. The Copenhagen-based firm supports clients across healthcare, financial services, software, industrials and manufacturing, working with organisations including Velux, Nordea and Scandic.

Commenting on the deal with Elixirr, Thomas Børve-Jørgensen, Kvadrant Consulting’s Founder and CEO said: “Joining Elixirr marks a significant milestone in our journey. Headquartered in the United Kingdom, Elixirr is an award-winning management consulting firm with offices in the UK, Europe, the US, South Africa. The firm has over the years grown both organically and inorganically, with Kvadrant Consulting its ninth deal since its inception in 2009. The purchase of Kvadrant Consulting marks Elixirr’s first on the ground presence in the Nordic region.

As part of the integration, Børve-Jørgensen will join Elixirr as a partner. He will maintain his client-facing role and work to accelerate growth across the Nordics and continental Europe. “This partnership allows us to preserve and build on Kvadrant Consulting’s strong culture and performance-driven mindset, while scaling our impact alongside a truly like-minded global team,” he said.

Within the Elixirr group, Kvadrant Consulting will work closely together with TRC Advisory, a US-based company acquired by Elixirr around six months ago. Both firms share a focus on commercial transformation and transaction services, as well as a base of industrial and private equity clients.

The acquisition of Kvadrant Consulting continues a series of deals that have seen leading Danish management consultancies become part of international groups.

Previously, Hildebrandt & Brandi joined Eraneos (a Swiss-German firm), Beyond Advisors joined Valcon (Dutch-Danish group), and Clarity Partners joined Teneo (US headquartered).
