Dominik Steffani joins partner team of H&Z Management Consulting

After close to two decades at American strategy consultancies, Dominik Steffani has crossed to German-origin group H&Z Management Consulting.

Appointed a partner in the Procurement practice, Dominik Steffani brings extensive expertise in strategic and operational procurement, operations, performance improvement, transformation, sustainability, supply chain resilience, and digital procurement to H&Z Management Consulting.

Steffani joins from Strategy&, where he was a partner. Earlier, he spent five years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in its Procurement business, among others co-leading the firm’s Digital Procurement Factory, which applies emerging technologies to procurement processes and value chains.

Before that, Steffani spent over a decade at Kearney in its Operations & Performance Transformation Practice, leading procurement teams, and served Ayming.

Throughout his career, he has led numerous procurement and transformation programmes with sustainable savings in the three-digit million range and played a key role in the development of new consulting offerings. Steffani also has extensive experience in working with technology partners.
