Elixirr moves into the Nordics with acquisition of Kvadrant Consulting

London-listed consultancy Elixirr has announced the acquisition of Copenhagen-based Kvadrant Consulting. The fast-growing specialist in commercial transformation will boost Elixirr’s growing operations in the Nordics, as well as the firm’s transaction services offering.

Danish professional services firm Kvadrant Consulting works closely with clients across strategy and implementation and has experienced strong growth in recent years. Operating since 2018, the firm advises enterprise companies across industries throughout Europe. The firm’s international standing – as well as its positioning in the heart of the Nordic region – has attracted investment from British consultancy Elixirr.

Commenting on the news, Stephen Newton, CEO of Elixirr, said, “Kvadrant represents a meaningful step forward for the Group, strengthening our capabilities and deepening our sector depth while accelerating our presence in a high-growth market. It sharpens how we support clients through complex commercial decisions and supports the next phase of our international growth.”

As Elixirr looks to stretch its presence in the region, the firm has committed to its latest acquisition since its 2020 IPO – and Kvadrant’s addition will complement another recent addition: TRC Advisory, a fast-growing business transformation consultancy based in the US. Together, Kvadrant and TRC Advisory create a stronger combined platform for industrial and private equity clients, pairing deep commercial transformation and transaction services expertise with Elixirr’s global reach.

Meanwhile, Kvadrant Founder and CEO Thomas Børve-Jørgensen, will join Elixirr as a partner, bringing over 20 years of management consulting experience, with a particular focus on high-complexity sales and marketing and large-scale commercial transformation programmes.
